Do you make the products yourself?
We sure do. We do all the woodwork and metalwork in our woodworking studi0 at the foot of the Campsie Fells near Glasgow in Scotland and we also add all our finishing touches, the Harris Tweed, tartan ribbon and product information by hand.
Where do your barrels come from?
We source most of our barrels from cooperages and distilleries around Scotland.
Can you make something with a barrel from a particular distillery?
Yes, sometimes we can, it all depends on the distillery in question though. If you have a request like this please send us an email: rezawood@hotmail.co.uk or use the contact us form giving as much information as you can. It would also be helpful if you give us a few choices. We'll do our best to find what you're looking for but sadly we can't guarantee it. It may not be available at that particular time.
I think your work's amazing, can you custom make something for me?
Yes, we would love to. We're always up for a design challenge at Reza Wood Designs. Use the contact us form or email us at rezawood@hotmail.co.uk with your idea and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How can I get your latest updates or special offers?
To keep up with our news, latest products and special offers you can sign up for our newsletter. All we need is your email address. We also recommend you follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest for up to the minute news and views on whisky, craft and Scotland! You can also read our monthly blog.
How can I order?
It's very easy! Visit our website shop, browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase. These will go into your shopping cart. At the top right hand corner of our page. Click on this when you are ready to pay and follow the instructions on the page.
How can I pay?
We use Paypal. You don't need an account to pay this way, just click on the check out as guest button and follow the instructions. If you do have a Paypal account, all you will need is your email address. If you don't wish to use this method of payment please contact us by email and we'll let you know the alternatives.
Can I send items directly to the recipient?
Yes you can. On purchasing, just fill in the recipient's address and put a note in the message to seller box so we know not to include any receipts or invoices.
Can I buy your items anywhere else?
Yes, we supply a number of distilleries, gift and whisky shops in Scotland. You can find out more on our stockists page. We also have an Etsy shop and an Amazon Handmade shop.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
That all depends where you live, we try to send out orders quickly, within 1-3 working days of ordering unless otherwise stated. Within the UK delivery takes 3-4 working days, EU is 5-7 working days and for the rest of the world please allow up to 14 working days. If you need your item in a hurry, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it to you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been despatched we will email you with your tracking number and expected delivery date. We use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for with most UK orders and International tracked and signed for overseas orders.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes you can, there are a few options available, we can engrave your message or logo or use your own clan tartan instead of Harris Tweed. Have a look at our engrave my gift page for ideas.
Do you attend events or fairs?
Yes we do! We love getting out and about and meeting our customers. Please check out our events page for details or follow us on Twitter or Facebook for all the latest updates. We hope to see you at an event very soon.
